Primarily self-taught, Dianne Pollock began marketing her art in the form of a cartoon strip focused on the challenges of parenting as a single person. Dianne was regularly published in a local newspaper and in many parenting magazines.
Friends encouraged her to transfer her stylistic art onto clothing and for several years, Dianne supplied hand-painted sportswear to a large clientele in Vancouver, BC through art shows and retail outlets.
As artists do, Dianne tested various means to develop some technical skills in her own style and now works principally in oil on canvas and watercolor. Many of these works are available on cards.
